Delivery Instructions:
• The client must arrange all required permits and ensure location access in advance. This is essential for our preparation and setup.
• We are not responsible for any delays in meeting the event deadline if access is not provided ahead of time.
• Please note that the banner and curtain must be hung or fixed to a wall for proper display.
Balloon Float Time & Disclaimer:
Approximate float time: 2-3 days
Note: Environmental factors such as temperature changes, humidity, air pressure, altitude, and airflow (fans/vents) may affect balloon performance and reduce float time. Float times mentioned are estimates only and represent maximum conditions. In some cases, balloons may last only one day, while in others they may last longer. We ensure all balloons are delivered in perfect condition; however, float time cannot be guaranteed, especially for outdoor setups.
