No cancellation is allowed on the day of delivery. However, in some cases it will be at our discretion to arrange a refund or a credit for a future order. If the order has already left our warehouse or has been prepared, cancellation is not possible. A cancellation fee of 10% to 50% applies to all cancelled orders. There will be a 10% cancellation fee charged by the service provider.
