Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once balloons have been inflated. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on inflated balloons under any circumstances.

In the rare event of a defect or error on our part, we will review your case individually. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

• A full refund if the error is entirely our fault and the product is unusable, or
• A partial refund of 40% of the sale price at our discretion for qualifying cases.

To request a review, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. Refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of balloonshop.ae.
