Delivery Information • Venue permits and access must be arranged by the client in advance to allow proper preparation. • We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted or unavailable venue access. • Banners and curtains, if required, must be provided and arranged for wall mounting.
Lifespan • Approx. 2–3 days indoors • Balloon longevity may be affected by temperature, humidity, air pressure, altitude, fans, and ventilation. • Float times are estimates and may vary depending on environmental conditions. • We guarantee delivery in perfect condition; however, lifespan cannot be guaranteed. • No lifespan guarantee applies to outdoor displays.
