A large grinning pumpkin in a green Trick or Treat witch hat rises above a pair of confetti-speckled spiderweb foils. The pumpkin mouth carries a printed Halloween rhyme, so there is something to read as well as look at.

- Two round foil balloons printed Have a Spooky Halloween
- One orange latex balloon
